This online resource contains everything you need as an exhibitor at National Industry Expo. Please review the key forms, deadlines and marketing tools that will assist with your event preparation. We look forward to partnering with you to make this a successful show.

Please note that booth numbers are NOT required to order electrical, internet or other items from suppliers.

* All exhibits must be set by 10:00 AM on show day. Any exhibitors that do not check in by this time may forfeit their right to exhibit.

Show Decorator Order Form

Direct Shipments

The only date the Mississauga Convention Centre will accept shipments is Thursday October 27, 2016.  All direct shipments will be subject to material handling fees based on the total weight of your shipment unless you are onsite when it arrives to sign and receive your shipment directly at your booth. Please be aware of what shipping service you have used so that if it has not arrived, you are able to track it. Direct shipments to the venue should be properly labelled to the following address:

Return Shipments

Return shipment pick-ups should be arranged for Thursday 27, 2016 from 4pm -6pm, directly from the Mississauga Convention Centre.  If you are using FREEMAN for return shipments, they will be onsite for shipment pick up, please insure that you have completed the necessary forms and have what your need for your return shipment (Show Management does not provide these forms).  Any shipments left at the venue after 6pm will be subject to material handling fees and taken to the FREEMAN warehouse and stored there until shipping is arranged.    Storage and shipping fees will apply.

Insurance – due October 14, 2016:
A certificate of insurance is required of all Exhibitors. Use our handy requirement sheet below. Send this to your insurance provider today. Most insurance providers will draft your certificate at no charge. If you need to purchase insurance, see link below from PAL Insurance below ($97.20 – must fill in PDF and email or fax to them). PAL Insurance accepts VISA and MasterCard only.

Show Decorator (Electrical/Furnishings)
The official show decorator is Freeman for electrical, additional furnishings and material handling and transportation.
Please note that shipping information is located on the shipping tab – please review carefully due to restrictions with the venue.

Lead Retrieval
Keep track of the attendees who visit your booth so you can contact them later. Lead management will be one of the most important components of a successful show. Lead Retrieval will be available for $175 (plus HST) per scanner. Order now to reserve your scanner and save with early bird pricing. After October 14, 2016 the price goes up to $250 (plus HST) per scanner. Do not worry about entering a booth number as booth assignment will be done later, just leave this field blank on the form.

Email Signature
While your email signature might not necessarily help you generate more registrants, it will surely spread the word about the event and gain some awareness among your target audience. Include the name, date and url for the event to create interest and “buzz”
